Privacy policy

Updated October 1, 2026

Letter Lagoon doesn't collect any information. Everything your children write, win and choose stays on your iPad or tablet.

Nothing is collected

Letter Lagoon has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it never connects to the internet. No one, including us, sees your child's writing, name or progress.

What stays on your iPad or tablet

So each child can pick up where they left off, the app keeps their player name, friend picture, level, settings, stickers and stars on your iPad or tablet. Handwriting is checked as it's written and isn't stored, only the stars it earned.

Nothing is shared

There are no third-party services in the app, so nothing is sent or sold to anyone.

Erasing it

In Grown-ups (press and hold the gear), Reset progress erases a player's stars, stickers and progress, and Remove erases a player. Deleting the app erases everything.

Buying the app

The App Store or Google Play handles the purchase, under Apple's or Google's own privacy policy.

Made for children

Letter Lagoon is made for children aged 4 to 8. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app and on our website, with a new date.
